Our Return Policy

We want you to shop with complete confidence at PawLuxe.

30-Day Returns
If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email hello@getpawluxe.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

UK 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order for any reason.

Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, personalised items and personal care products cannot be returned.
